Your journey

The drive is about 75 kilometres and takes around 1 hour 10 minutes in normal conditions. We leave Lugano on the A2 motorway, cross into Italy at Chiasso–Brogeda and continue on the A9 past Como toward the airport. The Swiss–Italian border is part of the everyday journey: we handle the crossing routinely, and the full fixed fare we agree in advance already includes it — there is nothing extra to settle at the frontier.

Milan Malpensa has two terminals, Terminal 1 and the smaller Terminal 2 used mainly by low-cost airlines, so tell us your terminal when you book and we set you down — or collect you — at the right one. For arrivals we park and meet you inside, so you are never left looking for the car.

Vehicle & capacity

Your ride is a Mercedes-Benz V-Class — room for up to six passengers with full-size cases for the flight out of Malpensa, so families and groups travel together in one car. Child seats on request; step-free or assisted access arranged when you book. Extra or oversized luggage? Tell us and we'll make sure there's space.

At the airport

For arrivals at Malpensa we meet you in the arrivals hall — Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 — with a name sign, and help with your luggage to the car. We track your flight from the moment you book, and on the long-haul arrivals Malpensa is built for, a schedule can slip by hours — the driver is already there and waiting at the right terminal, and a delay never costs you extra. For departures we collect you from your door in good time for check-in and baggage drop, allowing for the border and the motorway so you reach the terminal calmly.
