Do you track my flight?
Yes. Share your flight number when you book and we follow it, so if your flight is early or delayed the driver adjusts the pickup time at no extra charge.
Where do you meet me at the airport?
For arrivals we meet you in the terminal arrivals hall with a name sign and help with your luggage. For departures we collect you at your door in good time for check-in.
Can you take me across the border to the Italian airports?
Yes. Transfers to Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo cross into Italy as a matter of routine. We agree the full fare in advance, border crossing included.
Does Lugano have its own airport?
Yes, at Agno, about 6 km from the centre, but it has no regular airline flights. It serves business and private aviation. If you're flying with an airline, you'll usually land at Malpensa, Linate, Bergamo or Zurich, and we meet you there or at any other airport.
